Hot Pastrami Sliders

Hot Pastrami Sliders are a delicious addition to any party or dinner menu. With pastrami, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing in soft, buttery rolls, they're hearty and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian or bread rolls
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 pound thinly-sliced pastrami
  • 1/2 cup Sauerkraut, drained VERY well
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle chips, drained
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 butter, melted

Instructions

  • Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Using a serrated knife, cut the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom slab of bread in the prepared baking dish.
  • Arrange sliced pastrami over bread to cover.
  • Distribute sauerkraut evenly over pastrami.
  • Arrange pickle chips over sauerkraut.
  • Arrange cheese slices to cover filling.
  • Place the top slab of the bread over the cheese and brush tops with melted butter.
  • Cover with foil and bake in a 350 F oven for about 10 to 15 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Remove from heat and cut into individual pieces to serve.
