Rudolph the Red-Nose Reindeer Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 ounces) brown candy melts
  • 20 large candy eyes
  • 10 pretzel twists
  • 10 red M&M's or Sixlet candies

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate candy melts in 30-second increments, stirring occasionally until melted. 
  • Pour the melted chocolate out onto the prepared baking sheet and using the back of a spoon, spread evenly to about 1/4″ thick.
  • To make the reindeer, place 2 large candy eyes on the melted chocolate and 2 pretzel halves on top of the eyes to resemble antlers. Place one red M&M candies to resemble the nose.
  • Repeat the process, making sure to leave a little bit of room between each reindeer in order to break into pieces.
  • Allow the chocolate bark to completely set and then carefully break to separate into individual reindeer candy barks.
