Ingredients

blue cheese, crumbled

mayonnaise

sour cream

buttermilk

white wine vinegar

shallot, peeled and minced

Instructions
In a bowl, combine blue cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
Add buttermilk and white wine vinegar and mix together.
Stir in shallots and green onions.
Transfer into an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator for up 5 to 7 days.
