Ingredients
24(1 ounce each) frozen meatballs
4large potatoes, peeled and sliced
2largecarrots, peeled and cut into chunks
2stalkscelery, chopped
4cupschicken broth
1tablespoonparsley flakes
1/8teaspoonpepper
12ouncesevaporated milk
Instructions
In the slow cooker, combine meatballs, potatoes, baby carrots, celery, and chicken broth. Add parsley flakes and pepper and stir until well distributed.
Cover and cook on low for about 10 to 12 hours.
Add evaporated milk during last hour of cooking, stirring to combine.
