Materials:
- 16-ounce or larger Mason jar
- Craft sticks
- Miniature craft sticks
- Brown spray paint
- Brown acrylic craft paint
- Large googly eyes
- Large red pom pom balls
- 1 1/2″ burlap ribbon
- Green yarn
- Hot glue/hot glue gun
- Paint brush
Instructions:
In a well-ventilated area or outside, lay out pieces of newspaper or scrap paper. Spray paint your mason jar brown and let dry for at least a few hours.
Using the paint brush, paint two craft sticks brown and six miniature craft sticks with the brown acrylic craft paint. Let dry.
Using the hot glue gun, glue three of the miniature craft sticks to each regular-sized craft stick, sticking out each side to look like antlers. Repeat to make two antlers.
Glue a red pom-pom ball to the bottom center of the front of the painted mason jar and glue two googly eyes above the red pom-pom.
Glue the two antlers to the back rim of the mason jar.
Fold and glue a piece of burlap ribbon in half lengthwise and glue around the rim of the jar with the ends in the back.
Tie a piece of green yarn around the burlap and into a bow.
